Eeva-Jonna Panula - Creative Coding with Kotlin

I used to suck at drawing on Canvas. As an Android developer, who was working at a company with many data visualizations in the app, that's not an advantage. So, I decided to learn more about Canvas through creative coding. And what a journey it has been! I've learned so much about drawing, texts, animations, gestures, and more. At the same time, I've created some nice things purely for artistic purposes.

In this talk, I will share about creative coding, Compose Canvas, and how to make your creations interactive with animations and gestures. And if the demo gods are kind, you might even see live coding on the stage!
